The security veteran has spent much of the past two decades building the end-to-end preventative and detective cyber operations capabilities for the world’s largest physical retailer, a technology company, a software house, a logistics company and an oil company along other organisations. While in this role he was hands-on with customers, dealing with incidents and the impacts of a lack of resiliency, including wipers from nation-states and ransomware attacks, Blake was also one of the co-founders of the Security BSides London conference and was the inaugural chair of the National Cyber Security Centre’s Cyber Information Sharing Partnership. Before joining Cohesity, Blake was the CISO at Rubrik. Prior to Rubrik, he was the Advisory Chief Information Security Officer for ServiceNow. In both positions he engaged with C-level at FTSE 100 and FORTUNE 100 organizations, helping build and deliver strategies and concepts about improving the effectiveness and efficiency of cyber resilience in today’s operating environment.

Victor Murineanu is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience defining and implementing robust security roadmaps, strategies, and operations across a range of industries. From 2019, Victor has held various roles at Chelsea Football Club, starting as the Information Security Manager and later stepping into the Interim Head of IT role. Here, he played a significant part in realizing the club's smart stadium vision, managing the upgrade of Wi-Fi and 5G infrastructure. Victor is also actively involved in startup mentorship and advisory through organizations like Cyber Club London and the Institute of Directors. His broad advisory experience in these groups focuses on data protection and cybersecurity, assisting startups to identify potential challenges, recommend improvements, and provide strategic guidance to foster growth and customer satisfaction. Currently, Victor serves as a Board Advisor for the company Legit, where he evaluates the company's existing data protection solutions, suggesting improvements and enhancements to strengthen their product portfolio and customer satisfaction. Victor holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania, and has graduated in the Executive Leadership Programme at the Imperial College Business School. Throughout his career, he has attained numerous relevant professional certifications in the cybersecurity domain.
