With our bespoke thought-leadership dinners, you set the specifications. This means you can decide the criteria for attendees, the subject for discussion and the location.

The CXOs are derived from an ideal customer profile that is set by you and all the attendees are prepped in advance of the discussion, which allows a high level, fluid conversation on the day.

EPN will ensure we have the right people at your event and everything runs smoothly. We offer an end-to-end service which includes hotel management, delegate acquisition, delegate management, speaker management, registration management, marketing and everything in-between.

Our thought-leadership dinners are high-level conversations which follow a tried and tested format that enables your company to be seen as a industry leaders within your sector.

DESIGN

You define the audience. Our data sourcing team will compile and expand on our database in line with your provided criteria.

You define the theme of the event, the programme, the venue and speaker requirements.

You select the date and location. There is a minimum of 12 weeks from booking. We may have to push the date out if we don’t get the required information from you on time.

EXECUTE

We create a landing page and registration form on our website. From there we will leverage our extensive network to fill your event.

We stay connected with all registered attendees throughout and organize catering requirements pre-event, deal with speakers, hosts, and venue management.

We work with you to devise a strategic table plan, organize AV & tech requirements and other 3rd party needs.

DELIVER

We take care of delegate management to the event. Provide an on-site team to manage the registration desk, agenda, and venue.

Post-event we will prepare and deliver contact data for client follow ups.
