You define the audience. Our data sourcing team will compile and expand on our database in line with your provided criteria.

You define the theme of the event, the programme, the venue and speaker requirements.

You select the date and location. There is a minimum of 12 weeks from booking. We may have to push the date out if we don’t get the required information from you on time.


We create a landing page and registration form on our website. From there we will leverage our extensive network to fill your event.

We stay connected with all registered attendees throughout and organize catering requirements pre-event, deal with speakers, hosts, and venue management.

We work with you to devise a strategic table plan, organize AV & tech requirements and other 3rd party needs.


We take care of delegate management to the event. Provide an on-site team to manage the registration desk, agenda, and venue.

Post-event we will prepare and deliver contact data for client follow ups.
